Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners is a global staffing firm recruiting a Data Center Project Manager for a hybrid role in Westmont, IL. This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits. You will report to the Systems Operations Manager, directing project activities and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery for the client and installation team.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of data center PM experience, knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio, and a background in electrical engineering. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience as a Project Manager working with data centers.
• General knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio.
• Prior experience working within electrical engineering.

• Prepare regular project AIA billing in timely manner as required by project specifications.
• Prepare and monitor project cost forecast indicating estimated cost schedule and expected labor requirements for completion of assigned project/ projects.

Our client, a global leader in energy management and automation, is looking to hire a Data Center Project Manager. This is a hybrid role in Westmont, IL.

As a Data Center Project Manager, you will report to the Systems Operations Manager for scheduling and project accountability. You will control all elements of the project for the client and installation team, and lead sales-to-operations turnover meetings.
