Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Data Center projects involving BAS and EPMS in Westmont, IL. Hybrid work arrangement with 12-18+ month duration (temp-to-hire) and a pay rate up to $83/hr on W2.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, schedules, and deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through project closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Project Manager in data center or critical systems.
• Experience with BAS and EPMS projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC and hydronic systems.
• Understanding of low-voltage electronics and serial/IP protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD and Visio.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the Chicagoland area; personal vehicle required.

• Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in data center or critical systems environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
