About the Role

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive execution across our engineering and

product teams. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and operations,

ensuring complex technical initiatives are delivered on time, with clarity and accountability.

You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and leadership to translate strategy into

without slowing teams down.

What You’ll Do
Delivery & Execution
  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives across multiple teams
  • Break down complex projects into clear, executable workstreams
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and scope
  • Track progress and proactively surface issues before they become problems
  • Ensure commitments made by engineering are realistic and met
Technical Coordination
  • Work closely with developers to understand system architecture and constraints
  • Translate product requirements into clear technical plans
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies (backend, frontend, data, infra)
  • Support release planning, rollouts, and post-launch follow-ups
Process & Clarity
  • Improve planning, estimation, and execution processes
  • Facilitate standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives where needed
  • Help teams move faster by reducing friction—not adding bureaucracy
Stakeholder Communication
  • Act as a single point of visibility for project status
  • Communicate clearly with product, leadership, and non-technical stakeholders
  • Balance speed, quality, and risk through transparent tradeoffs
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • 3+ years experience managing technical or software projects
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams
  • Ability to read technical documentation and follow architectural discussions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with agile / scrum / kanban
Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS or product-led companies
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Ideally Azure)
  • Background as a developer, QA, or technical analyst
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams or systems
