LogicSource, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of software initiatives. You will own end-to-end project management, build and maintain plans, and drive delivery across engineering, QA, IT, and external partners in a hybrid office setup.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, proactive risk handling, and delivering clear status updates to leadership while collaborating with remote and distributed teams across time zones.

• Own end-to-end project management for a portfolio of concurrent technical initiatives, primarily software delivery, with periodic ownership of hardware and IT infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate across engineering, QA, IT, and (where applicable) external vendors or offshore/remote teams to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel without collisions.
• Translate technical requirements between engineering teams and business stakeholders, ensuring scope, timelines, and trade-offs are understood by both sides.
• Provide clear, structured status reporting (project health, milestones, risks) to the Senior PM anddepartmentleadership.
• Manage remote/distributed team members across time zones, ensuring strongcommunication anddocumentation habitswithconsistency.
• Work as an individual contributor under the direction of the Senior PM — expected to exercise independent judgment on day-to-day project decisions.
• Help refine PM standards, templates, andprocessesacross the department.

Experience:

• 5+ years(junior) or10-15 years (senior)of project management experience, with a demonstratedtrack recordofmanaging multiple concurrent software projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum and traditional project management practiceswith the ability to apply theappropriatepracticesby project.
• Hands-on experience withtypicalPM tools(Jira, Linear, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
• Proven experience managing remote or distributed teams, includingasynchronous communication practices and cross-time-zone coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Some exposure to hardware or IT infrastructure projects is a strong plus but notrequired.
• Scrum/PM certification (CSM, PSM, PMP) is a plus, not a requirement.

Travel:

This role will require no travel.

The listed compensation range reflects the anticipated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and job-related factors, and may include additional benefits consistent with applicable pay transparency laws.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $155,000 USD
