We are looking for a Technical Project Manager in our Product organization. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experienced in supporting enterprise-level hardware and software products. You will collaborate with teams based in the US, Dublin, and Helsinki, working closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to ensure project scope, dependencies, goals, and deadlines are managed effectively.

The candidate should have a proven track record of leading enterprise software and hardware projects, ensuring timely delivery, and acting as the primary contact for multiple projects to communicate status and deliverables to stakeholders. You should be detail-oriented with excellent communication, analytical, and abstract thinking skills, capable of influencing without authority and fostering strong relationships with internal partners.

What You'll Do:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches and Product teams to prioritize backlogs and project requirements.
• Lead project status meetings, identify roadblocks, and work on their resolution.
• Provide clear status reports and develop dashboards for sales and executives.
• Review priorities and project deliverables with stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-team meetings, communicating issues and blockers.

Expectations for Success:

• Develop project plans aligned with company roadmaps, breaking down into phases and milestones.
• Create Jira Plans to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and coordinate across teams.
• Assist teams with work estimation and resource planning.
• Conduct regular project reviews, gather feedback, and communicate updates.
• Exhibit exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Drive process improvements in project management practices.
• Resolve blockers promptly, escalating when necessary.

• 5+ years of enterprise-level hardware and software project management experience.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and Google Suite.
• Jira and Confluence administration experience.
• Deep knowledge of Jira dashboards and reporting.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PMI PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry, including end-to-end customer engagement.
• Jira administration skills.
• Knowledge of telecom technologies like Wi-Fi, cellular, broadband.
• Understanding of data ingestion and cloud technologies like AWS, Redshift, Athena.
• Hardware experience with mobile devices is a plus.
