Base pay range

$110.00/hr - $115.00/hr

Job Title: Project Manager - People Services & Technology

Bill Rate: $110-115 per hour DOE

W2 contract duration: 6+ months with possible conversion

Job Summary:

This role supports the design and delivery of talent planning initiatives, identifies emerging trends, and tracks data to improve the AIML People agenda. It involves conducting employee relations investigations, providing advice, and ensuring legal compliance. The position also includes managing sensitive processes and executing cross-functional projects related to People initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with PBP’s, support the design and delivery of appropriate talent planning action items by identifying emerging trends within AIML and an American multinational corporation and technology company.
  • Support the development and work of special and cross-functional projects as identified by PBP’s and org leaders.
  • Understand the training/development needs of the organization and act as liaison with PBP’s on the execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Track and report staffing, retention, attrition, RTO, and other data; recommend programs and/or enhancements as appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Deep expertise in employee relations and human resources processes, confident in managing complex legally impacting administration, documentation, and data management.
  • Extensive experience in managing processes and related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with applications such as Keynote or PowerPoint.
  • Highly analytical with an advanced proficiency in Excel reporting.

Must-Have:

  • Expertise in managing sensitive ER processes and program management execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail ensuring accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.
  • Experience leading HR operational projects and working within a global People team.
