PeopleGrove is seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage the day-to-day execution and operations for the CORE product team (ELMS and CompMS) on clinical education workflows. This remote, India-based 6-month contract role focuses on triaging client requests, maintaining a clean backlog, and delivering well-scoped work with clear acceptance criteria.
You will coordinate lightweight discovery, write release notes, and ensure consistent communication with CS, Support, and clients after each
PeopleGrove builds software that helps higher education institutions support students and graduates at every stage of their journey, from experiential learning to career outcomes. Our CORE platform powers critical workflows for nursing programs, educator preparation, counseling, and social work, helping institutions meet accreditation requirements, track student competency, and demonstrate program impact.
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our CORE product team, specifically ELMS and CompMS, the platforms our clients use to manage clinical education workflows such as rotations, placements, competency tracking, and credentialing.
This is an execution and operations role, not a roadmap-ownership role. You will make sure client and internal requests get triaged and routed to the right owner, backlogs stay organized and accurate, and the team communicates clearly and consistently on what shipped. You’ll also do lightweight discovery and requirements gathering when a request needs more definition before it can be built.
The team runs on rapid, continual small releases. Your job is to keep the process running smoothly, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, nothing sits unrouted, and all stakeholders know what changed and why.
