Job summary

KBR, Inc in the National Security Solutions team seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering and cybersecurity initiatives for national security customers. Your work will have a profound impact on protecting critical national security functions.

You will manage development through deployment, coordinate schedules with stakeholders, and lead multidisciplinary teams while mitigating risks and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12 years of experience.
  • Minimum of three years managing complex technical projects.
  • Experience planning and executing technical development efforts.
  • Experience managing schedules, milestones, and project deliverables.
  • Knowledge of commercial technologies and technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Experience supporting intelligence community customers.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Basic Compensation

$188,000 to $229,700 This range is for the Virginia area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
