About the Role

• Lead and oversee project execution using Agile delivery practices and iterative planning techniques.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders, including business users, end-user representatives, vendors, and implementation teams.
• Maintain visibility into project risks, open issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and control project scope, budget forecasts, actual expenditures, and approved changes to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare, update, and manage core project documentation, including overall project plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plans, and related supporting plans.
• Define, organize, and maintain the project work structure, task sequencing, timelines, and delivery schedule.
• Track key project checkpoints, deliverables, dependencies, and completion targets to ensure timely progress.
• Facilitate the collection, analysis, and documentation of business, functional, and technical requirements by reviewing existing legacy system capabilities, prior lessons learned, business expectations, and future-state system needs.
