Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project governance and Agile practices for EST hours. You will define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders and create detailed plans using Microsoft Project and Advanced Roadmaps, while tracking progress, risks and milestones.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, use JIRA and Confluence for tracking and documentation, and collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps and security teams

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Technical Project Manager Support (EST Hours: Project governance, Agile, JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery with a focus on governance and Agile practices.

• Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and team collaboration.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, DevOps teams, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance frameworks.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Advanced Roadmaps, and Confluence.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, and relationship management.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent client communication, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data.
• Experience managing teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and decision‑making capabilities.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120k - $130k[Per Annum + Benefits]. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

• As a full‑time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.

• In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
