Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the strategy, development, and maintenance of a centralized knowledge management system. This system will serve as the single source of truth for business definitions, data source documentation, analytical rules, and historical business context for our marketing and analytics teams. The ideal candidate will be adept at cross-functional collaboration, program management, and driving the adoption of best practices in knowledge sharing and data utilization.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the roadmap for building and scaling a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base (context layer).
  • Establish and oversee governance frameworks, change management processes, and maintenance workflows to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate and up to date.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, technical writers, and marketing stakeholders across multiple teams to gather requirements, define standards, and ensure content quality.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on business definitions, metric calculations, and data interpretations.
  • Manage project timelines, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Champion the adoption of the knowledge base and associated tools, driving best practices in data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate feedback loops and continuous improvement processes for the knowledge base.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technical field, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably focused on data, analytics, or knowledge management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to launch.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and documentation best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with wiki-based systems, documentation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts and SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in a marketing or sales operations environment is highly desirable.
Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120,000 - $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.

Fractal provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
