Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a best-in-class Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced Cloud Infrastructure team. You will drive the delivery of data center infrastructure for next-generation GPU and CPU products and work with business and engineering to plan, schedule, and execute globally.

Minimum 8+ years in PM for highly available cloud environments is required. Bachelor's in a technical field, strong communication skills, and ability to influence IT and software teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management delivery in highly available cloud service environments.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure systems (server, network, storage, data center, colocation).
• Knowledge of industry data center standards, policies and methodologies.
• Strong communication and soft skills to present to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Organize and drive planning, scheduling, and daily execution for global cloud infra expansion.
• Estimate and prioritize tasks with business and engineering teams to maintain schedules.
• Develop and lead project plans (scope, schedule, budget) aligned with partners.
• Create and maintain standard PM deliverables using appropriate methods and practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risk.
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and check-ins throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate project information clearly, including plans, dates and status.

In this role, you will drive the delivery of the data center infrastructure required to support the introduction and deployment of next-generation GPU and CPU-based products. You will partner with business and engineering teams to plan, schedule, and execute work that supports the global expansion of cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and drive planning, scheduling, and daily execution to support the global expansion of cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to estimate and prioritize tasks and maintain a realistic delivery schedule.
• Develop and lead project plans (scope, schedule, and budget) to ensure alignment with key partners and business needs.
• Craft and maintain standard project management deliverables, using appropriate methods and practices to implement and control the project.
• Identify and mitigate project risk.
• Facilitate recurring project meetings and operational checkpoint activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Communicate project information clearly and concisely, including project plans, key dates, and project status.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of project management delivery supporting highly available, large-scale cloud service environments.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure systems: server, network, storage, data center, and colocation.
• Knowledge of industry data center standards, policies, and methodologies.
• Strong communication and soft skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Ability to influence and build relationships with software and IT functional groups such as data center operations, networking, storage, and provisioning teams.
