This position will support the AM Engineering Group, including lead technical project managers, program managers, production teams, and engineers. The role involves assisting engineers with weekly project management tasks using agile-inspired methods to ensure projects stay on track. Focus areas include managing lower-level detail items that contribute to high-level task orders, such as production, engineering support, customer support, and quality assurance. Responsibilities include tracking daily schedules, formatting technical or financial information into desired formats, and coordinating schedules, costs, and deliverables with program management teams. Reviewing deliverables before submission and providing customer-facing support, including data presentation and information transmission, are also key duties. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) is required.
