Job summary

InfoVision Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive software development initiatives for our Smart TV platform.

You will own the product and technical roadmap, coordinate across architecture, design, and engineering, and ensure milestones are met with strong leadership and clear communication. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in engineering leadership and project management, solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and experience with Jira/Confluence and GitHub/Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, priorities, prioritization, and timelines for technologies.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across architecture, design, implementation and validation.
• Provide program-level planning and status reporting across interdependent projects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; manage scope, resources and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Client is pioneering in software and OS development for our Smart TV. We are actively looking for a smart, attention to detail and good with critical thinking Technical Project Manager to participate in software development process and define our roadmap.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Driving multi-functional efforts across major technical fields.
• Excellent in communication, writing and self starter
• Knowledge of software engineering standard methodologies and related dependencies
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
• Familiarity of SDLC
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Kanban development methodologies
• Solid understanding of microservices, containerized applications, DB, API and system architecture
• Good understanding of Azure cloud.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with many different personality types
• 5+ years demonstrate ability in engineering development and project management are required
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or similar

• Client is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking technical project manager to enhance existing operations and platform projects
• In this hands-on role, you will help manage implementation efforts of our operations platforms, monitoring and leading engineering teams to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Provide outstanding leadership to program team to deliver projects/programs timely, with high quality while achieving excellent results
• Perform overall program-level planning & lead program execution of interdependent projects, and drive effective and accurate status reporting
• Be responsible for the identification of risks and issues, and development of risk mitigation strategies and associated processes
• Identify critical partners and required engagement model and handle effective decision- making with leadership/engineering teams
• Supervise overall roadmap, identify and report potential obstacles such as scope creep, resource and personnel shortfalls, and problems with schedule, and release delays
• Conduct data analysis to deliver insights for Engineering Managers
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and execs
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues
• Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes
