Job summary

O2 Technologies,Inc is seeking a seasoned Healthcare IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of payer-focused projects. You will align clinical and business teams, translate requirements into backlog items, and drive governance across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Agile methods, stakeholder communications at the executive level, and knowledge of interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7) to ensure seamless data exchange across systems.
