Own The Role:

SP6 is seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in third-party customer-facing software product development or IT services. The ideal candidate will leverage their prior knowledge to support SP6’s Fortune 2000 clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects by coordinating with engineers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional projects, including stakeholder meetings, task management, and deadline tracking.
• Collaborate with resource managers, technical staff, sales, and subject matter experts to deliver projects aligned with plans.
• Coordinate new client onboarding, ensuring prerequisites and deliverables are met.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.
• Identify and communicate risks, issues, scope changes, and contingencies during project implementation.
• Oversee customer engagements, monitor business objectives, and manage requests via the Co-Managed Services Case Management System.
• Work with Sales and Accounting teams on delivery planning for new and existing clients.
• Provide monthly updates on business objectives to clients and leadership.
• Continuously improve project processes, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned.
• Supervise daily work efforts, allocate resources, review quality, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SP6's service offerings.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of delivering projects to third-party clients.
• Minimum 2 years in a product/services IT environment.
• Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
• Experience working with enterprise leadership.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Creative problem-solving skills and full project lifecycle experience.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools, preferably Splunk.
