Own The Role:
SP6 is seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in third-party customer-facing software product development or IT services. The ideal candidate will leverage their prior knowledge to support SP6’s Fortune 2000 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects by coordinating with engineers, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate cross-functional projects, including stakeholder meetings, task management, and deadline tracking.
- Collaborate with resource managers, technical staff, sales, and subject matter experts to deliver projects aligned with plans.
- Coordinate new client onboarding, ensuring prerequisites and deliverables are met.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and communication.
- Identify and communicate risks, issues, scope changes, and contingencies during project implementation.
- Oversee customer engagements, monitor business objectives, and manage requests via the Co-Managed Services Case Management System.
- Work with Sales and Accounting teams on delivery planning for new and existing clients.
- Provide monthly updates on business objectives to clients and leadership.
- Continuously improve project processes, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned.
- Supervise daily work efforts, allocate resources, review quality, and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SP6's service offerings.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of delivering projects to third-party clients.
- Minimum 2 years in a product/services IT environment.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
- Experience working with enterprise leadership.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Creative problem-solving skills and full project lifecycle experience.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
- Knowledge of SIEM tools, preferably Splunk.
