  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for product development and modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize .NET and Azure technologies to oversee the technical aspects of the project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate Product Release Management
  • Review technical and Functional requirements and work with Product owner to refine the backlog
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using JIRA.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. This includes managing and driving:
  • Project Plan and Schedule
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Scope Change Management
  • Maintain Clarity (PPM tool), JIRA Management and publish appropriate reports to create transparency.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a product development environment.
  • Strong knowledge of .NET and Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in using JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage product development and modernization projects successfully.
  • Experience in project planning, schedule, tracking, risk management, scope and change management.
  • Experience in Product release management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Azure certification like AZ-900 is required, more is a plus.
  • PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

The base salary range for the tagged location is [$106230 to $145000] annually- depending on relevant experience.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
