Job Title: Technical Project Manager (Remote – Pacific Time Hours)

Location: 100% Remote (Must work Pacific Time hours)

Job Type: Contract (12 Months, with possible extension to 18 Months)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and support multiple cross-functional initiatives across engineering, operations, marketing, and compliance teams. This role will focus on subscription lifecycle workflows, change request management, and driving clear stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments and have a strong grasp of both technical and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
• Coordinate project deliverables and timelines; maintain detailed plans and tracking documentation
• Facilitate weekly review meetings, drive stakeholder accountability, and summarize project updates
• Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support change requests
• Utilize tools like Azure DevOps to track development and change management workflows
• Support subscription lifecycle workflows and related communication
• Maintain documentation and assist in localization planning and execution

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of project management experience in technical or operational environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to distill complex information clearly
• Familiarity with APIs, BRD management, and software development workflows
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification or formal project management training
• Experience with localization workflows
• Familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based systems
• Prior exposure to nonprofit or mission-driven project environments is a plus

Contract Duration: 12 Months (with possible extension up to 18 months)

Work Hours: Must be available to work during Pacific Time business hours
