Job summary

Objectstream is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead a critical support initiative in Atlantic City, NJ. The role focuses on coordinating Tier1–Tier3 calls and infrastructure projects, ensuring uptime and performance across complex IT systems.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years managing large technical projects, expert JIRA/Confluence usage, and PMP certification, with a US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Engineering.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large‑scale technical or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in call center / help desk environments (Tier1–Tier3).
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (expert level).
  • Strong hands‑on understanding of switches, routers and monitoring platforms.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Oracle RAC and Ansible Tower.
  • Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Active PMP certification and US citizenship with 3 years US residency.
  • Ability to hold and maintain a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across Tier1, Tier2, and Tier3 support functions.
  • Lead infrastructure and application support projects through full SDLC/operational lifecycle.
  • Coordinate across engineering, network operations, and support teams for service availability.
  • Oversee implementation and administration of infrastructure monitoring tools.
  • Manage configuration, release, and deployment pipelines including CI/CD setups.
  • Collaborate with teams on switches, routers, Oracle RAC, Ansible Tower.
  • Apply PMP methodologies for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Enforce SLAs and ITIL-aligned process improvements.
  • Develop runbooks, operational docs, and performance dashboards.

Job Description– Objectstream,Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a support initiative in AtlanticCity,NJ.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing call center / help desk operations (Tier1–Tier3) as well as strong technical expertise across networking, infrastructure, and application support environments. This role requires a confident leader who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee project delivery, and ensure uptime and performance of complex IT systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations across Tier1,Tier2,andTier3 support functions.
  • Lead infrastructure and application support projects through full SDLC/operational lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with technical teams on switches, routers, OracleRAC, AnsibleTower, and related infrastructure.
  • Apply PMP methodologies for project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Utilize JIRA and Confluence extensively for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Work closely with team leads to enforce SLAs and process improvement aligned with ITIL best practices.
  • Develop operational documentation, runbooks, and performance dashboards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or Engineering required.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large‑scale technical or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in call center / help desk environments (Tier1–3).
  • Proven background in infrastructure and application support delivery.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence (expert level required).
  • Strong hands‑on understanding of network devices (switches, routers) and monitoring platforms.
  • Solid technical grounding in Electronic or Network Engineering and Database Engineering.
  • In‑depth knowledge of OracleRAC and AnsibleTower.
  • Experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, mission‑critical environments.
  • Must have active PMP certification.
  • Must be a US citizen and must have lived in the US for 3 years in past 5 years.
  • Must be able to hold and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring suites.
