Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community technical project management activities.
• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across C5ISR and IT programs.
• Consults on program execution including opportunity assessments and resource allocations.
• Directs and evaluates cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts.
• Solicits operational requirements and prepares supporting documentation.
• Tracks status of acquisitions from submission through award.
• Interfaces with external agencies to facilitate collaboration and data sharing.
• Facilitates technical exchanges for broader awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts.
• Develops and presents briefings to executive and senior level personnel.
