Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP seeks a Technical Lead Consultant to drive discovery for Tekion dealership clients and own escalation paths. You will diagnose root causes and translate findings into scoped work, including estimates and SOWs.

You will lead deployments and post-implementation support while maintaining a knowledge base of issues and solutions. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience, education and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• 4 years of experience required; 5-7 years preferred.
• Tekion dealership systems experience preferred.
• Tekion platform certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their current state and needs.
• Sort client issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect categories.
• Reproduce and document customer issues.
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with Growth to translate discovery into estimates, deliverables and SOWs.
• Develop strategies for efficient software deployment with repeatable service delivery toolkits.
• Support delivery of post-implementation engagements.
• Provide ongoing support to Tekion dealership clients.
• Maintain knowledge base of recurring issues, root causes, and solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies.

CLA is seeking a Technical Lead Consultant - Tekion. This role leads technical and functional discovery for Tekion dealership clients. It finds the root cause of reported issues and turns what it learns into scoped support, optimization, and remediation work. The role also serves as CLA's Tier 1 support resource and owns the escalation path to Tekion.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead technical and functional discovery with dealership clients to understand their current state, pain points, and business needs.
• Sort client issues into training, configuration, workflow, integration, data, or product-defect issues to decide the right correction.
• Reproduce and document customer issues
• Scope technical support, optimization, and remediation projects.
• Work with the Growth team to turn discovery findings into estimates, assumptions, deliverables, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective software deployment, including toolkits for consistent service deliver delivery.
• Support delivery of post-implementation engagements.
• Provide support to Tekion dealership clients.
• Maintain a knowledge base of recurring dealership issues, their root causes, and their solutions.
• Continuously improve processes and methodologies

Requirements

Experience

• 4 Years of experience required. 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), preferably Tekion, is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Certifications / Licenses

None required. Tekion platform certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

This position could require travel.
