Job summary

Seek Thermal seeks a Technical Project Lead to own the technical critical path of one or more new-product programs, coordinating electrical, mechanical, software/firmware, optics, and systems teams from concept to production. You’ll manage design outputs, reviews, and trade-offs, reporting to the SVP of Engineering.

The role requires 5+ years in engineering with embedded HW/SW leadership, and eligibility as a US Person under ITAR/EAR.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (EE/SE/Mechatronics/Physics/Optical).
5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years owning technical critical path of embedded HW/SW programs.
Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or PR) per ITAR/EAR requirements.
Experience taking a sensing or electro-optical product through production.

Responsibilities

Own the technical critical path of NPD programs from concept through production gates.
Ensure design outputs and reviews are complete and defensible at every gate.
Make and document technical trade-offs with cross-functional approval for scope changes.
Identify and mitigate technical risks affecting critical path.
Assign engineering tasks and drive status with program management.
