Job summary

Anblicks Inc. in Dallas is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from inception to completion.

You will translate business goals into actionable plans, coordinate across engineering, design, and product teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a software engineering background, strong communication skills, and experience with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technical environment.
Familiarity with PM tools (ADO, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
Coordinate with developers, engineers, and designers for alignment.
Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with regular updates.
Identify risks and define mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet standards and specs.
Track budgets and expenses within constraints.
Maintain project documentation for transparency.
Continuously improve project processes for efficiency.
