Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
• Experience assessing and transforming complex enterprise technology landscapes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, business capability modeling, and technology roadmaps.
• Proven experience leading strategic technology assessments and transformation programs.
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs from assessment and strategy formulation through execution planning and realization.
• Develop implementation roadmaps, cost models, investment plans, operating models, governance structures, and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Provide independent recommendations and executive-level guidance.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions, and architecture reviews.
