Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact and SME for Phone System and A/V migration projects.
- Provide analytical and operational support to the ITS Project Director and, Project Manager.
- Develop and manage project schedules, deadlines, installations, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure quality, scope, and change management protocols are in place and followed.
- Oversee project-related functions and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Coordinate site visits and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
- Draft meeting agendas and prepare/distribute meeting minutes.
- Identify project risks and create contingency plans.
- Develop and manage internal/external communication strategies.
- Report on project status, risks, and mitigation plans to maintain schedule adherence.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation and records.
- Develop and implement end-user communication plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience coordinating infrastructure migration projects, particularly Phone System and A/V technologies.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and vendor management best practices.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Proficiency with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success in documenting project requirements and managing scope.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
