Job summary
Juul Labs in Durham, NC is seeking an Assistant Technical Project Manager to support quality control and cross-functional reviews of laboratory studies. This on-site role collaborates with the Sr Project Manager to ensure timely project initiation, execution, and release while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance.
The candidate will handle document control, SOP alignment, and data integrity across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced lab environment.
Qualifications
- Experience implementing SOPs and work instructions.
- Ability to review laboratory documentation against SOP requirements.
- Knowledge of FDA guidelines and ISO 17025.
- Strong MS Word/Excel editing and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
- Willing to wear PPE and follow lab dress code.
Responsibilities
- Assist Sr Project Manager across full project lifecycle from intake to launch.
- Monitor task completion in laboratory management software.
- Manage laboratory sample inventory, documentation and data integrity per protocols.
- Work in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
