Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with interest in technical project or program management.
• Understanding of computer hardware, servers, networking concepts, or data center technologies.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and tracking of technical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, services, operations, and product teams.
• Assist with project scheduling, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Help document technical processes, workflows, deployment procedures, and implementation requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status updates.
• Identify project risks, roadblocks, and process gaps, and assist in mitigation plans.
• Support server and networking‑related deployment initiatives, ensuring deliverables and timelines.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and execution.
• Learn and apply industry best practices related to enterprise server hardware and infrastructure solutions.
