Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to support AI initiatives at our Fairfax, VA corporate office and Springfield, VA client site. The role focuses on administrative and technical support for US Government and Department of War missions, with strong emphasis on communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Report to the Program Manager, coordinate meetings, track progress, and help align teams around goals and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fields include Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related.
• 1–2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Secret Security Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and CI poly.

• Orchestrating meetings and capturing meeting minutes.
• Organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Facilitating customer/partner engagements to recognize requirements.

Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Project Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA corporate office and our Springfield, VA client site supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects that drive innovation.

Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Project Analyst with proven administrative and technical capabilities to provide organizational support for projects focused on US Government and Department of War missions. The ideal candidate for this role will be a critical thinker, an excellent communicator, and will be self-motivated, action-driven, and passionate about collaborating with various stakeholders on various topics .

This position assists with customer engagements including technical discussions and project monitoring and control. The Technical Project Analyst will report directly to the Program Manager and provide programmatic and technological support on current and planned daily activities.

This is a hybrid position, with the expectation for on-site work (Fairfax, VA and/or Springfield, VA) at least 3 days a week, with the potential for adjustment depending upon program needs. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Proficient with MS office Suite, ticket tracking systems, SharePoint, etc.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Must be a self-starter who can work independently
• Experience with tracking and reporting project metrics
• Experience managing stakeholders and ability to quickly adjust to changing customer priorities

Desired Skills

• Current IAT Level II certified OR ability to obtain such a certification within 60-days of start date
• Assist the Program Manager in maintaining project plans, schedules, and deliverables across technical and business teams.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and performance reports highlighting business impact and adoption progress.
• Familiarity with the cloud and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Certification in project management or business analysis (PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project)
• Experience with container technologies
• Familiarity with system architecture
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
