• Drive continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the program lifecycle and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Track and report on program performance using KPIs and metrics.
• Provide detailed documentation and post-mortem analysis to capture lessons learned.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for large, cross‑functional programs, aligning engineering, business, operational, and financial stakeholders to achieve program objectives. • Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe).

The target salary range for this position is $170,000 - 253,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance‑Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
