Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Product Operations and Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical workstreams across engineering, product, design, TechAI, and go-to-market teams. You will drive complex platform, product, and innovation projects from concept to delivery within scope and time.

You will coordinate planning, estimation, and prioritization, document decisions, and provide regular leadership updates, balancing technical tradeoffs with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of technical program or project management experience.
  • Strong grasp of technologies, SDLC processes, and development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum practices.

Role overview

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and development practices.
  • Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certification.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Background in electronic payments and accounting systems.
