Job summary

Jane Street is seeking a highly-driven Technical Program Manager who can organize and coordinate engineering initiatives. This role partners with engineers to build and optimize Jane Street's trading technology, applying a technical background daily to lead projects through their lifecycles.

You will define goals, develop timelines, track milestones, manage developer time, identify risks, and communicate schedules and status updates to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or other technical field preferred.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience with project management planning tools such as Jira or spreadsheets.
• Ability to describe detailed problems clearly.
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
