Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of complex, cross‑functional initiatives across teams and clients. You will define scope, milestones, and success criteria, coordinating engineering and product groups to manage dependencies and deliver high‑impact solutions.

You will mitigate risks, communicate progress to stakeholders, and implement standardized PM frameworks to improve delivery efficiency while working remotely with a diverse global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM or technical PM experience.
• Experience delivering complex, cross-team programs.
• Proficient in Jira for dependency tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination skills.
• Fluent in English.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
