We are seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise AI Native and Generative AI initiatives. Drive execution of AI-native applications, including RAG, Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Prompt Engineering, and LLM-based solutions.

Partner with Architecture, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Define and govern AI quality frameworks, including evaluation harnesses, benchmark testing, gold datasets, hallucination reduction, and continuous validation.
Drive adoption of LLMOps/MLOps, observability, performance monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.
Measure and communicate business outcomes including adoption, productivity gains, model performance, and ROI.
Must have Skills (Mandatory):
8-12+ years in technical program management, with recent experience leading AI/GenAI programs at scale.

Preferred:
Telecom industry experience, ideally in customer care, operations, network, or digital transformation programs.
PMP, SAFe, Agile, or cloud certifications.
