Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager in O'Fallon, MO to lead large-scale technology programs. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional Agile teams, and coordinate risks and dependencies for cloud-native and distributed initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of TPM experience, strong communication and leadership, and a software engineering or testing background is a plus. Hybrid onsite/remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technology programs.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience managing SDLC and release management processes.
