UST is seeking a Technical Program Manager for AI Programs responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise AI/ML, Generative AI, and data-driven transformation initiatives.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, develop roadmaps and budgets, establish governance with KPIs, and report to executives. Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Product and Architecture teams to deploy AI-powered solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, ensuring scalable, reliable production systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Data Science; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in program or project management.
• Experience leading enterprise AI/ML programs and governance.

Role description

Technical Program Manager (TPM)

The Role

UST is searching for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for AI Programs responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and data-driven transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Program & Portfolio Management Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI initiatives across multiple business units.
• Develop and manage AI program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and executive reporting for AI programs.
• Drive prioritization and alignment of AI initiatives with enterprise strategy.
• AI & Technology Delivery Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Oversee implementation of AI/ML models, MLOps platforms, predictive analytics, and GenAI applications.
• Manage integrations with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions in production environments.
• Stakeholder Management Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, clinical operations, member services, and provider organizations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business outcomes.
• Facilitate steering committee reviews and communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans.

What You Need

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Responsible AI and AI Governance experience
  • Digital Transformation leadership experience.

Location & Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Hybrid - Dallas, Texas

Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
