Salient is seeking a program manager to lead the delivery of a flagship AI lending product for auto lenders. You will run complex programs across engineering teams, coordinating field engineers and product engineering on launches, reliability work and customer requests.

The ideal candidate has proven ability to discuss production systems, set priorities, and make tradeoffs with incomplete information, rather than relying on formal authority.

This role runs the delivery of a flagship AI product for lenders, keeping field engineers and product engineering in step on launches, reliability work and customer requests. A strong candidate has run complex technical programs across several engineering teams and can hold technical conversations about production systems. Good judgment on priorities, risks and tradeoffs matters more than formal authority, since the work is leading programs rather than people.
