Job summary

OSI Engineering seeks a TPM/System Integration Test Lead in Cupertino, CA to drive system-level testing for next-generation consumer electronics. Lead a skilled team of TPMs; manage test readiness across NPI, SMT transitions, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and manufacturing.

Requires 3+ years in product testing, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in MacOS/iOS environments. Relocation assistance may be considered.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in System/EE/SW with 3+ years in product engineering testing or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; capable of leading in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in MacOS and iOS environments; adaptable to rapid NPI cycles.
• Experience with failure analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee test readiness activities from SMT to final assembly across NPI development.
• Plan and execute build dry runs; generate daily status updates for engineers.
• Troubleshoot test issues during build to minimize disruption and maintain timelines.
• Develop strategic actions to address problems and ensure timely solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams on goals and deliverables.
• Track and report test progress, readiness, and outcomes for transparency.
• Refine test processes to improve quality, efficiency, and product maturity.
• Ensure product test quality and manufacturing criteria are met.
