Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex, multi-team programs (or equivalent).
• Credible with engineers and scientists across simulation, ML, and validation.
• Able to define metrics and tie delivery to outcomes.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs spanning simulation, evaluation, and validation.
• Compose roadmaps across simulators, datasets, evaluation, and triage; manage dependencies and risks.
• Connect platform delivery to measurable outcomes like developer velocity and signal quality.
• Partner with Autonomy, Science, Release, Product, and Safety on validation criteria.
• Run planning, reviews, and retros, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Improve tooling, processes, and ways of working across platforms.
