Advantest America Inc. in San Jose, CA seeks a highly organized Technical Program Manager to drive complex, multi-stakeholder engineering projects for Velocity and AllianceATE.

You will coordinate with customers, application engineers, software developers, and leadership to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery. The role requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to align diverse teams without direct authority in a fast-paced semiconductor testing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating complex technical projects in a high-velocity environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate technical outcomes into clear actions and execution plans.
• Strong project management fundamentals including schedule, dependencies, risks, and actions.
• Proven experience engaging customers in technical or engineering contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and execution of customer-facing projects involving technical issue resolution and software enhancements.
• Partner with customers and engineering teams to align on objectives and drive outcomes.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and cross-functional discussions with clear ownership.
• Identify obstacles, resource constraints, and execution risks, driving escalation and resolution.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and actions to engineering leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility across multiple engagements and internal initiatives.
• Help improve project management practices as the organization grows.
