Job summary

Amazon’s Frontier AI & Robotics team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to orchestrate cross-functional programs spanning AI research, software, hardware, and deployment in warehouse robotics. You will lead end-to-end programs, manage risks, and align multiple disciplines toward scalable embodied intelligence.

You will drive governance, cadence, and collaboration with researchers, engineers, and operations to accelerate breakthroughs and deployments at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of technical program or product management experience leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and drive program management mechanisms for robotics and AI development across research, software, hardware, and operations.
• Manage end-to-end program execution across the robotics stack including AI models, software, and hardware deployment.
• Drive decision-making velocity by facilitating tradeoff discussions and determining one-way or two-way doors.
• Own program-level risk management; identify risks, elevate where necessary, and drive mitigation strategies.
• Manage dependencies and scope changes across internal teams and partners, ensuring alignment on commitments and timelines.
• Create transparency through RACIs, dashboards, and communication mechanisms for status, risks, and decisions.
• Exercise technical judgment to influence deployment methodology, scalability requirements, and feasibility across the stack.
• Build scalable program management processes that adapt agile frameworks to AI robotics.
