Job summary

Amazon Robotics GO‑AI seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑functional programs spanning solution definition, experimentation, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions. You will partner with product, science, software and operations teams to deliver high‑impact projects at scale from Westboro, MA.

You will define program strategy, manage risks, drive measurable outcomes, and communicate plans and decisions to senior leadership while building scalable AI workflows across robotics

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• Experience defining technical requirements and partnering with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other teams to understand AI use cases and define technical plans.
• Build trusted partnerships as the GO‑AI program owner throughout the lifecycle.
• Design and lead human‑in‑the‑loop AI workflows bridging science, engineering, and operations.
• Identify capability gaps, prioritize features, influence long‑term roadmaps.
• Define success metrics, monitor program health, and drive data‑driven decisions.
• Drive senior leadership reviews with clear strategy, risks, and recommendations.
• Drive process simplification and scalable mechanisms.
