• Background in ML engineering or ML research before transitioning to technical program management.

• Track record of building execution plans that reduce operational overhead and accelerate research.
• Fast learner who can understand unfamiliar technical domains and contribute to discussions with researchers.
• Resourceful, high‑agency, and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving research setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a regular read on RL research progress, baselines, experiments, health, and incidents.
• Collaborate with RL org leads to prioritize, rank, and track experiments.
• Drive end-to-end research reviews, set agenda, and ensure the right context is in the room.
• Establish processes and frameworks to bring structure to unstructured research without slowing researchers.
• Coordinate with research leads, infrastructure engineers, and data operations to identify blockers and make trade-offs.
