Anthropic Limited is seeking an experienced operator to embed with the leadership of our reinforcement learning organization. You will shape what leadership spends its time on, ensure priorities reach decision-makers quickly, and clear obstacles so researchers can focus on the hardest problems.

Reporting to the Manager of Research Operations, you will work daily with RL leaders and their teams, coordinating agendas, tracking commitments, and refining processes to keep the organization moving

Formación

• Technical fluency to engage substantively with RL researchers and understand model training processes.
• Clear writing to summarize dense material for technical collaborators.
• An eye for dashboards and data visualizations to make lessons at-a-glance clearer.
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail; nothing falls through the cracks.
• Ability to push back on senior stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment; pace is relentless.
• Experience in operations, chief of staff, program management, or comparable role supporting senior leaders in a fast-moving technical organization
• High integrity and commitment to the mission.

Responsabilidades

• Own leadership's time; shape the week around leaders' priorities and set agendas.
• Triage what reaches leadership and route appropriately.
• Enable quick decision-making and track commitments to completion.
• Identify resourcing gaps, bottlenecks, and blockers before they slow progress.
• Draft durable comms and scale leadership voice for org-wide announcements.
• Improve processes and reduce friction to run the org more smoothly.
• Offer candid, thoughtful counsel to leaders and maintain constructive dialogue.
