Job summary

Meta’s Risk organization seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale risk programs across engineering, product, legal, policy and compliance teams, designing and scaling controls and tooling to keep Meta's products trustworthy at scale.

You will drive end-to-end programs from risk identification to implementation and validation, build repeatable risk assessment frameworks, and communicate progress to executives while partnering with engineering leaders to reduce risk and strengthen

Qualifications

• BS in EE, CS, ME, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering, hardware engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
• Knowledge of software and hardware development for large-scale hardware readiness.
• Excel at clearly communicating complex technical investments simply and understandably.
• Experience delivering complex technology programs from inception through delivery.
• Experience defining project scope and gathering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead effective program teams with stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, policy, and compliance.
• Define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and shape roadmaps and long-term strategy for partner teams.
• Create and implement communication strategies to share status, challenges, and risks.
• Drive cross-functional execution by managing dependencies, risks, and scope/timeline.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle: technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Establish and track metrics and performance indicators to ensure accountability.
