Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Denver seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of regional security service programs across isolated AWS regions.

You will own and manage 4–6 concurrent programs with distinct partners, compliance gates, and timelines. You will coordinate with commercial AWS service teams, infrastructure partners, and compliance organizations to maintain schedules, drive accountability, and report status to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years TPM experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and release schedules.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program execution for security service delivery in isolated regions.
• Drive cross-organizational coordination with commercial service teams.
• Manage compliance and accreditation gates for launches in regulated environments.
• Build and maintain program schedules with critical paths and dependencies.
• Produce weekly status reports for senior leadership with blockers and path to green.
• Identify cross-program dependencies and resource conflicts across the portfolio.
• Drive cadences to keep programs healthy with regular syncs and risk management.
