Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (power electronics focus strongly preferred).
  • 5+ years leading complex multidisciplinary engineering programs.
  • Strong technical foundation in power electronics systems.
  • Experience guiding programs from concept through validation and manufacturing launch.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical execution of the first product launch from concept to manufacturing launch.
  • Coordinate power electronics, firmware, and systems integration to align roadmaps and manage interface risks.
  • Lead program planning across hardware, embedded firmware, controls, test, reliability, and manufacturing with clear ownership.
  • Define product requirements and validation strategies with documented design tradeoffs understood by all teams.
  • Facilitate architecture, design-readiness, and validation-readiness reviews to surface real risks.
  • Establish DFMEA-driven risk management and balance performance, cost, and manufacturability with supply chain.
