Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design for Assembly and Manufacturability to enable high-volume production.
• Develop and scale automated and semi-automated processes.
• Carry out product engineering from concept to manufacturing at scale.
• Coordinate with CapEx, equipment design, and factory teams for CM readiness.
• Lead yield improvement and perform root-cause analysis for failures.
• Synthesize program health information for senior management.
• Provide regular VP-level communication on technical health of the program.
• Apply DOE and statistical analysis to guide design and process decisions.
• Travel internationally up to 25%.
