Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver program communications with stakeholders, including metrics, notes, logs, newsletters, and websites.
Collect data on program progress and maintain trackers and status reports.
Author program charter with scope, timeline, OKRs, and resource requirements.
Create stakeholder maps showing who is impacted and who influences outcomes.
Triage bugs and feature requests with engineering to prioritize and track execution.
