TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead IT initiatives across Enterprise Applications, Security, and Analytics. You will coordinate across operations, application teams, and business units to deliver multi-project programs with a focus on strategic value.

Develop roadmaps, manage budgets, and drive delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication and vendor management skills are required to align stakeholders and ensure on-time

Competenze

Minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience.
PMP certification preferred but not required.
10+ years leading diverse projects and programs.
Strong understanding of applications security scanning (SAST, DAST, Pen Test).
Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP are a plus.
Experience with ServiceNow development projects and security vulnerability remediation is a plus.
SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies required.
Strong cross-group collaboration across multiple teams.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to assist in creating project roadmaps.
Experience with MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira.

Execution IT projects in Enterprise Applications and Information Security.
Develop plans including definitions, scope, requirements, costs, dates, resources, quality.
Partner with IT teams to ensure proper processes and templates.
Establish and manage multiple deliverables and align IT resources.
Maintain budgets, schedules, and resource levels.
Utilize both agile and waterfall methodologies to meet business needs.
Develop corrective action plans for budget/schedule deviations.
Develop and manage short- and long-term program roadmaps.
Prioritize work based on business need and IT capability.
Lead with expectation setting and management within IT and business.
Assist with business case development.
Engage with stakeholders to document requirements and perform business analysis.
Facilitate vendor selection and manage vendor relationships.
Maintain organization and communication to meet timelines and customer satisfaction.
Identify risks and report project health to senior leadership.
Direct changes through review and approval mechanisms.
Resolve conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope; escalate complex issues as needed.
Lead process definition and improvement efforts within IT.
