Job summary

Google Kirkland, WA is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead cross-functional software engineering programs within the Cloud Business Platform. You will partner with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate tradeoffs with executives and engineers.

Ideal candidates have 5 years in program management, experience leading software initiatives, and a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Platform Product Management and Engineering) to shape the goals, strategy, and roadmap for Google Cloud.
  • Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and define requirements through global cross-functional partnerships.
  • Assist product and engineering teams to measure and improve product excellence.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and solutions, encourage best practices with global stakeholders to deliver a positive experience to customers.
  • Oversee and enforce mandatory software development standards and regulatory controls (e.g., SOX) across the project lifecycle.
